Booking and pricing
How much does house cleaning cost in Chicago?
Standard house cleaning starts at $126 and deep cleaning starts at $171. Move-in and move-out cleaning is priced by the size of the home, and extras can be added to any visit. You will see your exact price before you confirm your booking.
How do I book a cleaning?
Click Book Now, choose your service, enter a few details about your home and pick a date and time. It only takes a few minutes. You can also call us at (321) 328-8083.
Can I book a one-time cleaning?
Yes. You can book a single visit or set up recurring cleanings weekly, every other week or monthly, whichever fits your schedule.
Will I know the price before the cleaning?
Yes. Your price is based on your home and the service you choose, and it is shown before you confirm your booking online.
Our cleaning services
What is included in a standard cleaning?
A standard cleaning covers your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing surfaces. It is the right choice for regular upkeep.
What is the difference between a standard and a deep clean?
A deep cleaning includes everything in a standard clean plus detailed work on baseboards, buildup and hard-to-reach areas. We recommend it for a first visit, a seasonal refresh or a home that needs extra attention.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. Our move-in and move-out cleaning prepares an empty home for a final walkthrough or a fresh start. Pricing is based on the size of the home.
Do you offer add-on extras?
Yes. You can add extras to any clean, including cleaning window sills and ledges, deep rug cleaning and deep tile cleaning.
Before and after your cleaning
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That is up to you. If you will not be home, let us know how to access your home when you book.
How should I prepare for my cleaning?
Pick up clothes, toys, papers and other personal items so we can focus on cleaning surfaces and floors. If there are rooms you would like us to skip or areas that need extra attention, add a note when you book.

If your home has not been professionally cleaned in a while, start with a deep cleaning. After that, standard house cleaning on a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule keeps things fresh. Moving? Book a move-in or move-out cleaning. Want extra detail work? Add extras like deep rug or tile cleaning.
How do I know what is included?

Can I change or reschedule my cleaning?
Plans change. If you need to move your appointment, contact us or call (321) 328-8083 as early as you can and we will help you find a new time.
